Series UL bronze union elbows are used in steam and hot water systems. They feature a bronze body with FIP female threaded x male threaded union or solder x male threaded union connections, bronze nut and brass tailpiece. Model UL-1 is available in sizes 1/2 to 1-1/4 in (15 to 32mm) with FIP x male union connections. Model UL-2 is available in sizes 1/2 and 3/4 in (15 and 20mm) with solder x male union connections. Maximum working pressure - 60lb/sq-in (4.2 bar) (non-shock) for hot water, 15lb/sq-in (55kPa) (non-shock) for saturated steam.
