The Hydroelectric Generator provides the kind of long-term reliability that makes sensor-operated applications live a long life of low maintenance and cost effectiveness. This power source creates its own electrical energy and stores it in a rechargeable cell to provide self-sustenance for 10 years. It sits right between the faucet shank and solenoid box. When the sensor is activated, the water spins its turbine and generates power. In case a backup is needed, the P6900-GEN-BAT also features a lithium battery as a back-up power source ensuring that the application will be operational at all times. This accessory provides a quick and easy upgrade for any retrofit project providing reliability anywhere.
