Sioux Chief 649TX Series V-sleeve stainless steel compression sleeve shall be used in water supply systems for connecting insert barb fittings to flexible water supply tube. Sleeve may be used with any SDR-9 PEX tubing and size specific ASTM F2159 or ASTM F1807 fitting. Sleeve design shall provide 360 deg compression over sealing barbs and easy visual inspection of properly inserted supply tube. Sleeve length and seal shall position compression directly over sealing barbs including the lead in barb. Sleeve shall be F877 certified.
