DO I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO COME INTO THE SHOWROOM?
While appointments are not required to visit our showroom, we always recommend making an appointment if you’re working on a project that is a complete room or more. Those types of projects can take anywhere from one to three or more hours, and we want to ensure you get the time and attention you need to make proper selections. If you’re not sure, feel free to give us a call and we can help you figure out the best course of action!
HOW LONG DOES A WHOLE HOUSE PROJECT TAKE TO SELECT IN THE SHOWROOM?
It depends on the size of the house and the amount of customization in each room. In some cases, multiple appointments may be needed to complete all of the selections. A good rule of thumb is to allocate roughly an hour per room, on average.
DOES EVERYTHING HAVE TO BE ORDERED IN, OR CAN I TAKE PRODUCT HOME WITH ME?
We stock a wide variety of products that are ready to go when you place your order. If you’re in a rush and need products now, our Sales Consultants will make sure to select in stock products.
DO YOU OFFER CREDIT FOR COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS?
Yes we do! We have a credit application process that requires a background check and credit history. If you’re looking for credit terms, please feel free to reach out to our Accounts Receivable department.
DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY SERVICES?
Yes! We offer delivery throughout Metro Detroit. For more information, see our delivery page.
I HAVE WATER QUALITY ISSUES AND AM NOT SURE WHAT TO DO. CAN YOU HELP ME?
We are proud to offer basic water testing services free of charge. We can help identify common causes of water quality issues and recommend the proper filter or softener to solve the issue.
DO YOU OFFER INSTALLATION SERVICES?
We do not offer any installation or repair services. However, we work with numerous great contractors and are happy to recommend the right person for the job.
